Coaching Lesson Terms & Conditions
1. Lesson Fees
All lesson fees and packages are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where Golf Empire determines that exceptional circumstances warrant an exception.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, or failure to attend, will be treated as a completed lesson and are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
3. Regular Lesson Package
The 10-lesson package is a continuous programme intended to be undertaken on a weekly basis. All 10 lessons must be completed within 3 months from the date of the first lesson.
4. Crash Course
Crash Course lessons must be completed within 2 weeks from the date of the first lesson. Any unused lessons after this period will be deemed forfeited and are non-refundable.
5. Unused Lessons
Personal scheduling conflicts, change of mind, failure to attend, or failure to complete the programme within the applicable validity period shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
6. Exception
Any exception to these terms is subject to Golf Empire’s prior approval and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
