Golf Empire – Simulator Usage FAQ
1. Who can use the golf simulator?
The simulator is suitable for all ages and skill levels. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Beginners and advanced players are both welcome.
2. Studio Operating Hours & Peak/Off-Peak Rates
- Daily: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM (except public holiday)
- Weekdays (Mon–Fri):
- Off-Peak: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Peak: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Weekends (Sat & Sun):
- Peak: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
3. Booking a Session
- Play and Practice: Bookings must be made via the Golf Empire website booking page. booking slots are at regular interval of 30 minutes. During booking selection, Golfer are required to choose the peak hour service OR nonpeak hour service first to show the correct hours in the available booking timing list.
- Coaching/Lessons: Contact Golf Empire directly via WhatsApp: 8927 2700.
- Walk-in users: Check out at the individual bay. Available time slots will be displayed on the PC assigned to that bay. If one bay is unavailable, you may check another bay. Walk-in users can log in for instant play if the bay is available.
4. Booking Services
- For Double Bay service: The displayed price applies to one bay only. Upon checkout, both Bay 1 and Bay 2 will be reserved, and the total amount will be doubled as shown in the order summary page before confirming.
- For Single Bay Service: The displayed price applies to one bay. The system will automatically assign either Bay 1 or Bay 2 depending on availability.
5. Booking and Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the session. To cancel, simply press the “Cancel” button next to your appointment on this website membership page appointment section. Cancellation will automatically refund your credits for that appointment.
- Sessions cancelled within 6 hours of the scheduled time will not be accepted.
6. Membership
- A membership is required in order to perform any actions regarding buying points and booking
- Membership is free during our launch period!
7. Credit points
- All bookings require points.
- Points can be topped up by clicking “Top-Up” in the “Membership” tab.
- Points purchased in a regular membership can be refunded up to a maximum of 200 points. Not applicable to free bonus credits provided during promotions. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process.
- Credit points in Prime Swing and Prime Swing Silver memberships are non-refundable.
8. Members Rates

10. Will Golf Clubs be Provided?
- A basic set of clubs (woods, irons, putter) is provided for leisure play at no extra charge.
- Bringing your own clubs is encouraged for familiarity and comfort.
11. Dress Code
- Comfortable clothing is recommended; Closed shoes are strongly advised.
12. Number of Players per Bay
- 1–3 players are recommended per bay for a comfortable experience.
- Groups larger than 3 are recommended to book double bays using our online system.
13. Left-Handed Players
- Currently, our bays are configured for right-handed players only.
14. Simulator Setup
- The studio operates on a self-service basis.
- Clear instructions are provided on-site for turning on equipment, selecting a course, and starting a session.
15. End of Session
- Sessions are monitored by our launcher, and the session will end automatically according to the booking schedule.
- Please close the door and vacate the studio within 10 minutes after your booked session ends.
16. Drinks Policy
- Only beverages are allowed. Food is strictly prohibited in the studio.
- Please keep the studio clean.
17. Parking
- Ample parking is available near the studio. The studio is located on the same level as the parking lot for easy access.
18. What is an Indoor Golf Simulator Studio?
- A simulator studio uses advanced technology to allow golfers to play and practice indoors with realistic ball and swing tracking.
19. How Does the Simulator Work?
- High-speed sensors and cameras track your swing and ball trajectory.
- The system simulates realistic results on virtual courses.
20. Suitable for Beginners?
- Yes! Simulators provide a controlled environment for beginners to practice comfortably. Instant feedback helps improve your swing quickly.
21. Support During Session
- On-site support is limited, but our team is available via WhatsApp at 8927 2700 for guidance or troubleshooting.
22. Equipment Disclaimer
- Our ProTee VX system meets industry accuracy standards, but results may vary slightly.
- Users are responsible for their own safety and proper use of equipment.
